In 1984 ATT launched an innovative commercial to promote their computers.
They had two gentlemen sitting across from each other
Playing the “personal computer game." What you see in the commercial is a hand moving the computer token. What makes this commercial award winning is the computer token is turned on. This is 1984, the advent of CGI was in its infancy, the only way to make this happen was to make a large hand to the scale of the computer game token, which was actually the real computer. The game board now became the size of the stage.
